Most orders will leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days and take between 7-10 business days for delivery. We can also ship 2nd Day or Next Day. Call us for a quote. We accept MasterCard, Visa , American Express and Discover. For all fax orders please call 773-348-8246. Do not send cash. Shipping rates are calculated at final checkout. Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped within the state of Illinois.

We ship APO,FPO,Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as long as the packaging is within the USPS size standards and shipping is billed at the USPS shipping cost with insurance. Sales Taxes

CombiStrollers.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Illinois. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Changing the Delivery Address

When placing an order through combistrollers.com, the delivery address must be correct, and someone will have to be at the delivery address to sign for any order over $100.00. This is for insurance purposes only. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the 48 Continual States. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before the order is shipped back to us. If an order comes back to us after 3 delivery attempts then the customer will have to pay to have the order shipped out again, this includes any stroller that initially was shipped via the “Free Shipping” offer. The “Free Shipping” is only valid if the stroller is delivered within the first 3 attempts. If UPS is unable to deliver the order to the deliver address provided on the order when it is placed and the customer request a change of address with UPS or with combistrollers.com after the order has been shipped then they will have their account billed $10.00 for the change of address.



Return Policy

Is the item you received not what you expected? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us. We request that you e-mail us at questions@combistrollers.com or call us at 1-888-422-6624 to get an authorization first, to ensure that you receive proper credit for the return.

Ship and Insure Your Return

We strongly recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. This is for YOUR protection in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with proof of delivery. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Combistrollers.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges to our warehouse will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you. Questions?
